ballet Christmas gift exchange

Mary Beth's ballet class did a gift exchange tonight and were supposed to dress up fancy for Christmas.

(pictures aren't great because I only had my phone)

Ballet Recital

These are from May 21st!

Mary Beth was in her first ballet recital- and did SO GREAT! She wasn't shy at all and remembered all of her steps. John's parents and my parents were able to attend and that really meant the world to her. It is so great when family can attend these special things for my kids- it almost makes us feel like we don't live so far away from everyone... I just think it's so important to support each other and to always remember how lucky we are to be close enough to participate in each other's lives. Thank you Mom & Dad and Donna & Mike for driving all the way here to watch Mary Beth on her special day- she will treasure that memory forever.

And to Mary Beth: Mommy and Daddy were so proud of you! You are our beautiful ballerina.
