Mickey's Friday afternoon ski lessons are done now and he's so sad. He really, really enjoyed cross-country skiing- much to our surprise. I only say this because he is always so adamant that the only sport he likes, and will ever like, is swimming- this usually means he won't even try new sports... until this year. He loved skiing, he likes ice skating, he wants to sign up to play baseball, and he did gymnastics with his brother and really liked that too. We are so happy for him! Hopefully his school will offer this ski program again next winter. Jeffrey wants to do it too but they only did 3rd-5th graders this time. I can't even imagine what it would look like if I attempted to cross-country ski... a bawling, cold, weak, sack of potatoes lying in the middle of the trail I suppose.
